The Association aims at fostering the academic debate on place branding and public diplomacy and at strengthening the dialogue between academics and pracitioners. The Working Paper Series wants to fill this gap. The papers are still a "work in progress" and the authors welcome comments on their work. The working papers are not reviewed, although the association is currently working on implementing a review process.
In the Download Area you will find a variety of articles from different perspectives such as " From city marketing to place branding" by Bernd Radke, "Place branding with Top Level Domains" by Dirk Krischenowsky or a working Paper on the meaning and challenge of Place Branding for developping countries " Imperatives of Good Image for Enhanced Developement" by Uche Nworah, among others.
